1. Who we are
This website is operated by Promenakcija (Transformaction), a company registered in the Republic of Serbia, with its registered office at Vojvode Stepe 64, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia. For any question about your personal data, contact us at vlad@promenakcija.com or +381 64 144 6543.
2. What data we collect
The website has no contact forms, user accounts, analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not store anything in your browser. We only receive personal data you choose to send us by email or phone: your name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message.
3. Technical data
The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of access in order to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. These providers may process data outside Serbia and the EU under their own safeguards.
4. Why we use your data
- to answer your enquiry and arrange an introductory conversation;
- to prepare a proposal and carry out an agreed engagement;
- to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
The legal basis is your request and steps taken before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, our legal obligations and our legitimate interest in business communication (Article 12 of the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR).
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or engagement, and afterwards only as long as required by law, for example for accounting records.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing. We use service providers for email (Google Workspace) and hosting (Cloudflare), who process data on our behalf.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia, or with the supervisory authority in your EU country.

If we add analytics, advertising or a contact form, we will update this page before doing so.
