Processes, responsibilities and records a company actually uses: from work logs and time tracking, through offers and contracts, to management systems under ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001. A system that lives in practice, not in a binder.

About Promenakcija

Promenakcija was founded in 2021 by Vladimir Jovanović, a graduate geodetic engineer with more than twenty years of leading projects and teams in engineering companies across Serbia, Libya, Russia, Saudi Arabia and Sweden. From field crews to production management in international companies, the job has always been the same: bring people, deadlines and resources together so that a project actually gets delivered. That is the experience Promenakcija brings to every client: clear goals, clear roles and a working rhythm a team can sustain.

Our work starts with listening. Not only to what is said, but to how it is said: the words a team uses for its problems, what keeps coming back under a different name, where energy rises and where it drops. Small details reveal patterns, and patterns show where a process really breaks. We then ask the questions that turn a vague wish into a clear outcome, and help people move from “we should” to “we will, by Friday”. Better questions bring more clarity, and more clarity brings better decisions.

The result is a clear picture of where the black holes and bottlenecks are. What is a bottleneck, and what is a black hole in a process?

A bottleneck is the one point where work piles up and slows everything behind it: an unclear request, one person everything has to pass through, an approval that takes days. Black holes are places where time, information or money disappear without anyone noticing: duplicate data entry, reports nobody reads, tasks with no owner.

Which tools do you use to improve a business?

The introductory conversation is free. Our rate is EUR 100 per hour. After the situation assessment you receive a proposal with the scope and an estimate of hours, so you know the budget before work starts.

Do we need our own IT department?

No. We lead the whole process and translate your needs into clear tasks, whether the solution is organisational or technical.

Do you work with companies outside Serbia?

Yes. We work remotely and on site, in English and Serbian, with clients in Serbia and Sweden, and we are open to projects across Europe and beyond.

How long does an engagement take?

It depends on the scope. The timeline is agreed after the situation assessment and split into stages with clear milestones, so you see the first results early.
